Existing skills

The purpose of this seems to be providing and receiving feedback, is it ok to submit already existing skills?
There are no rules that state the opposite.

  Yes, you are correct. If you received an invitation from Amazon, you would submit an existing skill that is published in the U.S. Skill Store. This will allow others to install and test it in order to give useful feedback.
