According to the emails I have received and the most recent update:

The cutoff for sending in submissions is November 19th at 2pm PST.

However, the "Dates and Timing" in the rules:

It says is November 18th at 2pm PST.

Which is it?

(I realize if it's the latter, then we are past the deadline, but I just want to clarify since I had initially planned to review more skills today).

I'm sorry for that! We initially planned to have it end on the 18th, but added a day. You still have until 2pm PST today (Nov. 19th). I'll update the date you mentioned.
